A story about the unpredictable, life-changing journey of a refugee girl named Najma Batool. She was born in Quetta, Pakistan, but her roots are in Afghanistan. Life wasn’t easy; she worked tirelessly at home to support her family. Despite their difficult circumstances, they kept going. She promised herself that she would study hard and, one day, achieve her dreams to support her family. Saira wrote the story (inspired by real story that she read on the internet), made the storyboard, and created the whole illustration. Through this project, she explored art styles and learned how to maintain consistency in visual quality.
